Gutierrez Chiropractic Inc. Cancellation Policy

Due to an increase of No Shows and Late Notice Cancellations, Gutierrez Chiropractic need to enforce a $50 dollar cancellation fee. A No Show/Cancellation made with less than 24-hour notice significantly limits our ability to help other patients in need.

To remain consistent with our patient care, we have instituted the following policy:

Please provide our office a 24-hour notice in the event that you need to reschedule your appointment. This will

allow us the opportunity to provide care to another patient. A voicemail or text message will be accepted.

If your appointment is on a Monday, please let us know the Friday prior.

A “No-Show”, “No-Call” or missed appointment, without proper 24-hour notification, will incur a $50 fee.

This fee is not billable to your insurance.

If you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment, without notification, the appointment will be cancelled,

and the fee will apply.

As a courtesy, we do send reminder texts 24 hours in advance for your appointment.

Repeated missed appointments may result in termination of the physician/patient relationship.

We understand that emergencies do happen, therefore, a one-time waived cancellation will be noted.
